A senior magistrate court1 in Kaduna has ordered one Mrs Yemi Awolola for torturing a 14 years old Princess Michael to be remanded in the correctional facility of the state.
“She would remain in the prison until September 10, there after the case will be transferred to a high court for judging”. They said.
Magistrate Court (3) on Ibrahim Taiwo Road had on Monday, July 13, adjourned a child torture suit against Awolola till August 27, 2020.
But the case came up on Thursday at Magistrate Court 1 following the transfer of the magistrate in charge of Court 3 to another court.
